EVERY DAY: AN EASY – FAST – AND CHEAP – RECIPE THAT SUITS EVERYONE
I don’t like cooking pasta in the evening, but for example on weekends at lunchtime, if I haven’t done the shopping or I slept a little more (yes, with older children you can sleep!), then I invent a quick fast pasta.
PASTA WITH BREAD CRUMBS
Ingredients for 4 people: 400 g spaghetti – 250 g breadcrumbs (best if the bread is from the day before) – 4 anchovies – chilli oil
Cook the pasta in abundant boiling water and leave aside.
Season the pasta with chilli oil, leaving aside a little cooking water;
Dissolve 3-4 anchovies in oil (in a large pan): they become creamy when cooked and flake off;
Now add the crumbs of stale bread, leave on the fire until golden brown (they should not burn);
Add the pasta and cook a few more minutes with the cooking water you left aside and the seasoning.
Decorate the dishes with extra breadcrumbs.
