EVERY DAY: AN EASY – FAST – AND CHEAP – RECIPE THAT SUITS EVERYONE

The omelette is one of those jolly dishes that, as I have told you many times, I often use as a dinner saver.
Baking in the oven also has some advantages: NO risk in spilling it in the sink when you turn it – because it should not be turned – and it cooks on its own, without having to look at it.
Let’s start:
FAST BAKED OVEN OMELETTE

Ingredients for 4 people: 8 eggs (2 per person) – a little oil – chopped fresh herbs – 150 g spinach – 150 g frozen peas – 150 g green beans
Preparation:
Grease a non-stick pan with a little oil;
Beat the eggs (two per person); add salt and pepper and chopped fresh herbs;
Pour the mixture onto the pan; add vegetables such as leaf spinach, asparagus, frozen peas, green beans …; eventually add other ingredients such as: minced cheese, strips of turkey, chopped sausage, sweet bacon, cherry tomatoes cut in half… (or even what you find in your fridge);
Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes; let cool and deflate before serving.
Enjoy your meal!
