EVERY DAY: AN EASY – FAST – AND CHEAP – RECIPE THAT SUITS EVERYONE

Today we will go for a first course that is simple, healthy and as always, quick in preparation: spaghetti with zucchini.
The addition of turmeric spice will add a touch of color to your dish, and it will make it very special.
Let’s start:
SPAGHETTI WITH ZUCCHINI

Ingredients for 4 people: 350 g of spaghetti – a rather large courgette – 1 fresh red pepper – 1 clove of garlic – extra virgin olive oil – a handful of chopped fresh parsley – 1 abundant teaspoon of turmeric powder – salt
Preparation:
Wash the zuchini and cut it roughly into sticks. Also wash the fresh red chili pepper and cut it into small pieces.
Put the garlic in a pan and brown it in a little extra virgin olive oil. Meanwhile, put a large pot filled with salted water on the fire and bring to a boil.
As soon as the garlic has browned, add the chopped courgettes and chili pepper. Add also the zucchini together with the parsley and turmeric spice. Mix well and turn off the heat.
When the water comes to a boil, throw the pasta. Once cooked, drain it (keeping some of the cooking water aside).
Mix all the ingredients together and serve hot.
If you want you can add a little bt of grated pecorino or Parmesan at the end.
