Given the heat of these days, I thought of this fresh recipe and, as always, easy to make.
With very few ingredients (you can also not add sugar if you find very ripe fruit, you will get an excellent ice cream without using the ice cream maker.
My version is vegan, but if you prefer you can add a little whipped cream to make this ice cream even more tasty and nutritious.
The texture of the bananas will make it look more like ice cream than sorbet.
HOMEMADE ICE CREAM (1) BANANAS AND STRAWBERRIES
Ingredients for 4 people: 3 frozen bananas cut into pieces (approx. 300 g) – 120 g frozen strawberries, cut in half – 1 teaspoon of sugar or other sweetener (optional)
Put the bananas and strawberries, previously cut and frozen, into the blender.
Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
If you want, you can safely add 1 teaspoon of sugar or other sweetener.
Put the ice cream in cups or in the mold of your choice and put in the freezer until ready to serve.
Enjoy your meal!
