Here we are at our fourth homemade ice cream, today let’s see how to do it with pistachio flavor. Even today, with very few ingredients (if you find very sweet fruit, you can avoid adding sugar), you will get an excellent ice cream without using the ice cream maker. My version is vegan, but if you prefer you can add a little whipped cream to make this ice cream even more tasty and nutritious.
HOMEMADE ICE CREAM (4) PISTACHIO
Ingredients for 4 people: 100 g natural pistachios (unsalted) – 300 ml soya or almond milk – 160 g agave syrup or other sweetener
Pour all the ingredients into a blender.
Stop it when it has reached the consistency you prefer (more or less grainy).
Pour the mixture into ice molds and place them in the freezer. Once frozen, take them out and put them back in the mixer.
Add a little milk to make the process easier.
Put the mixture in a container and back in the freezer. If you want a rather creamy ice cream,
I suggest you take it out of the freezer half an hour before serving. Decorate with whole or chopped pistachios.
For a more creamier consistence, I suggest that you take the ice cream outside of the freezer a half hour before serving.
