Today we will prepare a delicious melon sorbet.
Again, with very few ingredients (if you find very sweet fruit, you can avoid adding sugar), you will get an excellent sorbet in very few steps.
My version is vegan, but if you prefer you can add a little whipped cream to make this sorbet even more flavorful and nutritious.
HOMEMADE ICE CREAM (5) MELON
Ingredients for 4 people: 2 small melons – 1 tablespoon of sugar or other sweetener – 3 tablespoons of almond milk
Cut the melon into small pieces and freeze it.
Put the melon in a blender and mix until creamy (here you can add the milk or whipped cream and the sugar).
Pour the mixture into small glasses or molds and return to the freezer until ready to serve.
Your sorbet is ready! With this very simple recipe you will amaze your guests.
For a creamier consistence, I suggest that you take the ice cream outside of the freezer a half hour before serving.
