Today we will conclude our section dedicated to ice creams and sorbets with this delicious mango and lime sorbet. If you want to try a different sorbet, this is for you! Even today, with very few ingredients (you can also not add sugar if you find very sweet fruit), you will get an excellent sorbet in very few steps. My version is vegan, but if you prefer you can add a little whipped cream to make this sorbet even more flavorful and nutritious.
HOMEMADE ICE CREAM (6) MANGO AND LIME SORBET
Ingredients for 4 people:
2 very ripe mangos - the juice of two limes
Cut the peaches into small pieces and freeze them (for at least 8 hours).
Put them in a mixer, add the basil leaves and blend until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Pour the mixture into small glasses or molds and return to the freezer until ready to serve.
Your sorbet is ready! With this very simple recipe you will amaze your guests.
For a creamier consistence, I suggest that you take the ice cream outside of the freezer a half hour before serving.
