VEGAN – VEGAN – VEGAN – VEGAN – VEGAN – VEGAN – VEGAN – VEGAN
Do you want a delicious dish ready in no time?
Then you must try these shrimp skewers.
If you want, you can also use this recipe with other types of fish (you will just need to cut the fish into cubes).
Ingredients for 4 people: 800 g prawns – 1 bunch of basil – 1 teaspoon pink pepper – 2-3 tablespoons of dry Vermouth (or apple cider vinegar) – 1 lemon – extra virgin olive oil – wooden sticks for skewers
Soak the wooden sticks in cold water.
Clean the prawns, detach the heads, if you wish you can leave the tail attached.
Score the back of the shrimp tails with a small knife or insert a wooden toothpick in the center of each and remove the intestinal thread.
Rinse and dry.
Transfer the shrimp tails to a bowl, add a handful of chopped basil leaves, 2 tablespoons of oil, the Vermouth (or apple cider vinegar) and the crumbled pink pepper and leave to marinate in a cool place for 30 minutes.
Drain the shrimps from the marinade and put them on the sticks.
Cook them on the hot grill (or in a saucepan), for about a minute per side and serve to taste with the lemon.
With the same technique you can prepare skewers with lots of other varieties of fish chopped into cubes.
Enjoy your meal!
