Saving at home – Bresaola rolls with robiola cheese

EVERY DAY: AN EASY – FAST – AND CHEAP – RECIPE THAT SUITS EVERYONE

Hello everyone!

Here we go with a new recipe… easy and delicious.

If you have difficulties in finding the robiola cheese, you can replace it with another creamy cheese.

Let’s start:

BRESAOLA ROLLS WITH ROBIOLA CHEESE

Ingredients for 4 people: 200 g thinly sliced ​​bresaola – 200 g robiola cheese – rucola salad – lemon – chives – oil – salt

Preparation:

Chop the rucola salad (or another salad which is a bit bitter in taste).

In a bowl, reduce the robiola to a creamy consistence (with a fork) and mix it with the chopped rucola.

Brush each slice of bresaola with oil, distribute a spoonful of the mixture, flavor it with two or three drops of lemon and a pinch of salt.

Roll up into rolls and”tie” them (without tightening them too much), with a thread of chives.

Arrange them on a serving plate and serve with slices of homemade bread on the side.
