Saving at home – Black bread with smoked salmon and petit suisse cheese

Hello everyone!

Thanks to the addition of the petit suisse cheese and black bread, these canapés will surprise you … Tasty but with a delicate taste.

Let’s start:

BLACK BREAD WITH SMOKED SALMON AND PETIT SUISSE CHEESE

Ingredients for 4 people: 4 slices of smoked salmon – 4 petit suisse cheese (or creamy goat cheese) – 16 capers with long stems – 1 lemon – 8 slices of black bread – oil – pepper

Preparation:

Remove the crust from the slices of bread and divide each into two rectangles.

Cut the salmon slices (the same size of the bread slices).

Put the cheese in a bowl, flavor with a drizzle of oil and a pinch of freshly ground pepper, work them until they are reduced to the consistency of a thick cream.

Spread the slices of bread with the cream cheese, lay a half slice of salmon on top, sprinkle with lemon juice, garnish the surface by placing a single caper on it.

Arrange on a serving plate, serve.
