EVERY DAY: AN EASY – FAST – AND CHEAP – RECIPE THAT SUITS EVERYONE
Today we will prepare a very tasty first course based on anchovies, garlic and parsley. As usual, our recipe of the day is inexpensive and quick to prepare.
SPAGHETTI WITH GARLIC, ANCHOVIES AND PARSLEY
Ingredients for 4 people: 350 g spaghetti – 5-6 anchovies in oil – 1 clove of garlic – 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil – 3 tablespoons of chopped parsley – salt and pepper
Put a pot of water on the stove and bring to a boil.
When the water boils, add the salt and the spaghetti.
Meanwhile, prepare the sauce: put the oil in a pan and fry the minced garlic. As soon as it browns, add the crushed anchovies and chopped parsley.
Add a little bit of cooking water to the sauce.
Drain the pasta and mix with the sauce. Serve hot.
