EVERY DAY: AN EASY – FAST – AND CHEAP – RECIPE THAT SUITS EVERYONE
The amberjack in the pan is a second course of fish easy and quick to prepare.
With this recipe dinner will be served in less than twenty minutes.
For an extra touch I flavored it with orange rosemary juice, if you want you can replace them with parsley and lemon, the result is guaranteed. 😉
AMBERJACK FISH IN THE PAN
Ingredients for 4 people: 1 slice of amberjack – 1 orange – 1 sprig of rosemary – half an onion – extra virgin olive oil
Brown the onion with the rosemary.
Add the amberjack and brown it for a couple of minutes on each side.
Add the orange juice and, for a more intense flavor, also the grated peel.
Cover with a lid and cook for 5-10 minutes. Serve your amberjack hot.
Enjoy your meal!
