EVERY DAY: AN EASY – FAST – AND CHEAP – RECIPE THAT SUITS EVERYONE

Hi everyone!
Sushi lovers go crazy for it: the uramaki sake.
The original version has the cooked salmon as main ingredient, while my version is with smoked salmon. You will ask why. It’s very simple, it will make this recipe so much easier and quicker to prepare.
Let’s start:
URAMAKI SAKE WITH SMOKED SALMON

Ingredients for 4 people: 250 gr of rice for sushi – 380 ml of water – 50 ml of rice vinegar – 2 teaspoons of sugar – 1 teaspoon of salt – a few sheets of nori seaweed – 100 g smoked salmon – 150 gr of Philadelphia – white and black sesame seeds – wasabi to taste (optional) – soy sauce to taste
Preparation:
Let’s start by Rinsing the rice under running cold water until it is clear.
Transfer it to a saucepan and add the water on top. Let it boil over low heat for 10 minutes with the lid on.
Let’s prepare the sauce for the rice in the meantime: heat the rice vinegar with sugar and salt.
When the rice has absorbed all the liquid, turn off the heat and let it rest for 10 minutes, then lift the lid and transfer the rice to a bowl.
Add the seasoning to the rice and mix well so that it will be absorbed by the rice and at the same time it will cool it.
Spread the nori seaweed on the bamboo mat and spread a layer of rice.
Place a bit of wasabi sauce (optional, since it’s very strong it could be that children don’t like it vey much), the smoked salmon and at last the Philadelphia cheese.
Roll the rice with the help of the mat and exerting slight pressure to make the rice compact.
Once you have a roll, dip it as you like in the black and white sesame seeds and cut it into 6 pieces..
Enjoy your meal!
