EVERY DAY: AN EASY – FAST – AND CHEAP – RECIPE THAT SUITS EVERYONE
Tuna with sesame seeds is a simple and tasty main fish course. It needs a very short cooking on the plate, consequently it remains soft and tasty; it also requires little seasoning and is therefore also healthy and light.
TUNA WITH SESAME SEEDS
Ingredients for 4 people: 4 tuna fillets – juice of 1 lemon – sesame seeds (black and white) – extra virgin olive oil – salt – pepper
Massage the tuna fillets with the emulsion obtained by mixing the oil with the lemon juice, salt and pepper.
After dipping in this dressing, pass them in a dish with the mixed sesame seeds.
Cover them completely, even on the edges, and start heating a non-stick grill or saucepan.
Grease it with a little oil and, when it becomes hot, cook the tuna fillets for 1 minute per side, or in any case adjusting to the thickness of the slices themselves.
Remove and leave to rest for a few minutes before serving with a fresh mixed salad.
