This is absolutely a fantastic dessert! Easy to bake, healthy, nutritious and soft as a cloud.
There is nothing more satisfying to enjoy at breakfast than a cake as soft as this one.
The preparation takes not more than one hour and the result is a treat ready to give a full of energy to better face a new day at school as well as in the office.
SUPER SOFT CAKE
Ingredients for 4 people: 250 gr flour type 00 – 3 eggs – 250 gr sugar 130 ml oil – 130 ml water – 1 sachet baking powder – zest of 1 lemon – a pinch of salt – powdered sugar
Pour the eggs and sugar into a bowl and whisk them for a long time with the mixer.
Once you have a creamy mixture, add the sifted flour with the yeast, alternating them with the oil and water.
Add the salt and the lemon zest and, when everything is perfectly incorporated, transfer the dough to a greased and floured pan.
Bake the cake in a hot oven at 180 ° C for about 40-45 minutes.
Insert a toothpick to test and if it comes out dry, remove from the oven.
Allow the cake to cool down on a wire rack, then sprinkle with icing sugar and enjoy.
