EVERY DAY: AN EASY – FAST – AND CHEAP – RECIPE THAT SUITS EVERYONE

Hi everyone!
Do you want to prepare the chicken in a slightly different way than usual? Then you have to try these chicken strips with yogurt.
Instead of passing the chicken in the egg and breadcrumbs, it is necessary to cut it in small pieces and let it marinate in yogurt (after flavoring it), then pass it in the bread and, at last, fry it.
For a healthier and lighter recipe, you can cook it in the oven.
If you don’t like curry or onion powder, you can choose other spices, such as chopped aromatic herbs.
Let’s start:
CHICKEN STRIPS IN YOGURT

Ingredients for 4 people: 200 g chicken breast – 200 g Greek yogurt – onion powder – curry – breadcrumbs – oil for frying – salt and pepper
Preparation:
Cut the chicken breast into strips.
Now, flavor the yogurt: add the curry, dried onion, salt and pepper.
Stir well. Now put the chicken in the yogurt and let it marinate (the longer the marinating time, the tastier the chicken will be).
Pass the strips in breadcrumbs. Once you have breaded the chicken strips, put plenty of oil in a frying pan.
Slowly put the chicken pieces in the oil and cook until they have browned.
If you decide to bake them in the oven, cook them for 15-20 minutes at 180°.
