EVERY DAY: AN EASY – FAST – AND CHEAP – RECIPE THAT SUITS EVERYONE
Today, just in time for lunch, we will try this Greek-style pasta salad!
It is a pasta salad made with feta, black olives and tomatoes, and, if you like, a little onion. 🙂 You can prepare the Greek pasta salad well in advance and keep it in the fridge until serving.
GREEK PASTA SALAD
Ingredients for 4 people: 320g of pasta – 400g of cherry tomatoes – 250g of feta cheese – 50g of onions (optional) – 100g of pitted black olives – 8 basil leaves – extra virgin olive oil – salt and pepper
Cut the onions into strips.
Cut the feta into cubes.
Cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters and chop the basil.
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients of the dressing and add a little salt.
Cook the pasta in abundant salted water and once drained, cool it under a jet of cold water.
Add to the dressing.
Add a little bit of extra virgin olive oil, mix and serve the Greek pasta salad with a nice sprinkle of pepper.
