EGGPLANT AND TUNA ROLLS
Ingredients for 4 people: 1 eggplant – cherry tomatoes – 120 g cream cheese (philadelphia type) – 50 g drained canned tuna – toothpicks
Cut the aubergine into half cm thick slices.
Grill them 3-4 minutes per side.
Mix the fresh cheese and tuna with a fork.
Spread it on the eggplant slices.
