EVERY DAY: AN EASY – FAST – AND CHEAP – RECIPE THAT SUITS EVERYONE
Maybe it’s not really a winter recipe… but I love squid and I eat it all year round.
As always, todays recipe is simple and, I hope, everyone will like it!
SQUID WITH PEAS
Ingredients for 4 people: 200 g squid already cleaned – 240 g cooked peas – 1 clove of garlic – 50 ml of white wine (or apple cider vinegar) – extra virgin olive oil – salt
Cut the squid into round slices.
Brown a clove of garlic.
Add the squid.
Brown for a few minutes and add the white wine (or vinegar).
As soon as it has evaporated, add the peas and a little salt.
Let it cook a few more minutes and serve.
