Saving at home – Chicken nuggets


Hi everyone!

Today’s recipe will be appreciated by young and old: chicken nuggets.

Instead of buying the ready-made ones or going to Mc Donald’s, in less than half an hour you can prepare them at home, and if you want to have them ready all the time, just freeze them.

Before freezing them, I recommend putting them raw on a tray with baking paper, well separated from each other and then in the freezer.

Once frozen, transfer them to food bags. 🙂

You can cook the baked chicken nuggets, ventilated and preheated to 180° for 15-20 minutes, perhaps after brushing them with a little oil.

Let’s start:


Ingredients for 4 people: 200 g chicken breast – 25g breadcrumbs – about half onion – rosemary – salt – 1 egg – breadcrumbs q.b. – oil for frying


Put the chicken breast, onion, rosemary and salt in a mixer.

Blend everything and add the breadcrumbs.

You will have to get a texture that is not too soft.

Form your nuggets by moistening your hands in water, to prevent the mixture from sticking to your fingers.

Pass the nuggets into the beaten egg and breadcrumbs.

And here they are ready for cooking.

Fry in plenty of hot oil, a couple of minutes per side.
