Sorry my being late in writing the post… but as already mentioned I am preparing a lot of new things to insert in this blog!
Well, now let’s see how to prepare this delicious nougat whose origin is from Naples. In fact, in Naples there are specialized stores that sell all the ingredients to get different varieties.
Our recipe today is made with Nutella, which you can find anywhere!
Ingredients for 4 people: 200 g of dark chocolate – 500 g of white chocolate – 400 g of nutella – 200 g of hazelnuts – baking paper – a 25 cm long nougat mold ( you can also use a rectangular shaped mold, in this case you will have to cut your nougat in squares once ready).
Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave.
Coat the mold with baking paper, this will make it easier to transfer it on a plate once ready.
Line the nougat mold with the dark chocolate; this is an operation I suggest to do in two times: first brush with half of the chocolate and put in the fridge for fifteen minutes with the opening upwards, then add the other half and put for ten more minutes in the fridge by turning it upside down.
Clean the edges thoroughly using a knife (from the dull side) on the edge of the container; in this way you will let air pass between the chocolate and the mold and you will unmold it without problems.
Now melt the white chocolate in a double boiler (or in the microwave).
Remove from the heat and add the hazelnuts.
Stir and pour into the container.
Cover it and put in the fridge for a couple of hours.
Turn the nougat upside down on a tray.
Enjoy your meal!
