ARTICHOKES STUFFED WITH MEAT
Clean the artichokes by removing the harder outer leaves.
Trim the ends.
Boil them for about ten minutes.
Meanwhile, lightly wet the bread and squeeze it. Mix it with the meat and a little salt.
Slightly open the artichokes.
Fill them with the meat.
Add the Parmesan and a drizzle of oil. Transfer them to a baking dish. To make them stand up, cut them slightly at the base.
Bake in a preheated static oven at 180 ° for about 25 minutes.
