Saving at home – Lasagna roses with salmon

Hi everyone!

Here we go with another recipe, today we’ll see a different way to prepare the pasta with salmon.

The filling is made of smoked salmon and ricotta cheese. This will also be a good alternative for your Christmas or New Year dinner.

Let’s start:

LASAGNA ROSES WITH SALMON

Ingredients for 4 people: 3 sheets of lasagna – 250 g of ricotta cheese – 50 g of smoked salmon – 300 ml of bechamel – salt

Preparation:

Boil the pastry for a minute.

Mix the ricotta with a little salt and spread it over the lasagna. Add the salmon cut in small pieces.

Roll up and cut into rings.

Take a baking dish for two portions and put half of the béchamel sauce.

Arrange the roses and put the remaining béchamel between the empty spaces.

Bake in a preheated static oven at 180 ° for about 20 minutes. And your roses are ready.
