Saving at home – Fish skewers


Hi everyone!

These fish skewers au gratin in the oven are a fairly light seafood main course that even the little ones will like. This version is breaded and then baked, but if you do not want to turn on the oven, you can marinate them a little with aromatic herbs and opt for cooking in a pan or grill.

Served with a nice diced vegetable or a fresh salad, will make a tasty dinner is ready in no time.

Let’s start:


Ingredients for 4 people: 200 g of already cleaned salmon – 200 g of swordfish already cleaned – 200 g of tuna – 200 g of squid already cleaned – 1 zucchini
FOR THE BREADING: 3 tablespoons of cornmeal – 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs – salt – pepper – extra virgin olive oil – grated lemon peel


Clean swordfish and salmon.

Weigh it as necessary and cut into pieces of about 34 cm per side. Do the same with the tuna.

Cut the squid into slices about 3 cm thick.

Cut the courgette into half cm thick slices.

Assemble the skewers alternating the fish and zucchini.

Separately, mix all the ingredients of the breading, except the oil.

Enjoy your meal!

Pass the skewers in the bread and arrange them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Add a drizzle of oil.

Bake in a preheated static oven at 200 ° for about 20 minutes. Serve immediately!
