Saving at home – Ricotta and pear pie


Hi everyone!

This ricotta and pear pie is a soft, light and delicious dessert.

It is ready in just 10 minutes!

Let’s start:


Ingredients for 4 people: 250 g ricotta – 200 g 00 flour – 150 g sugar – 75 g dark chocolate drops – 25 g potato starch – 3 eggs – 3 pears – 1 sachet of baking powder for cakes – vanilla – powdered sugar


First, put the ricotta in a bowl, add the sugar and quickly work the two ingredients with a fork.

Add one egg at a time, do not add the next if the previous one has not been well absorbed, mix well with a fork.

Add the 00 flour, potato starch, baking powder, vanilla to taste and beat everything well until the mixture is smooth and without lumps, then add the dark chocolate chips.

Pour the mixture into an oiled (or buttered) and floured mold and decorate the surface with the peeled and sliced ​​pears. If you want, add a few more drops of chocolate and cook the ricotta and pear pie in a preheated oven at 180 ° for about 40 minutes, do the toothpick test to check its cooking.

Turn out the ricotta and pear pie with chocolate chips and finish with a sprinkle of icing sugar.

If you want to make it even more delicious, you can add a pear cut into small pieces in the dough.

It can be kept at room temperature for three days
