EVERY DAY: AN EASY – FAST – AND CHEAP – RECIPE THAT SUITS EVERYONE
If calories aren’t your first thought, it’s time to give in to this pasta with four cheeses.
This recipe is really simple but also super tasty !!!
MACCHERONI WITH FOUR CHEESES
Ingredients for 4 people: 350 g short pasta (maccheroni) – 250 g mixed cheeses (gorgonzola, brie, Parmesan, fontina) a little butter – salt and pepper
Bring to a boil a pot with plenty of salted water.
Cut the cheese mix into cubes and set aside.
Cook the pasta and when it is ready drain, setting aside a little cooking water.
Pour the pasta into a pan and add a little butter. If it is too thick, add a little of the cooking water.
Add some pepper and serve hot.
p.s. you can easily replace the cheeses with the ones you already have in the fridge, but it will turn out better with cheeses that melt easily).
