Today we will see how to prepare these cups with coffee yogurt and ladyfinger biscuits, a recipe that everyone will like but which has the advantage of being quite light.
In addition, they are perfect for concluding a last minute dinner with friends, but also for when you want a quick and easy to prepare dessert: they are ready in 15 minutes!
GOURMET CUPS WITH COFFEE YOGURT
Ingredients for 4 people: 200 g of ladyfingers – 500 g of whole coffee yogurt – 150 g of dark chocolate – 1 glass of coffee – 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar – bitter cocoa – ½ vanilla bean (or a vanillin sachet)
In a bowl, mix the coffee yogurt with the icing sugar and vanilla seeds (or vanillin).
Coarsely chop the dark chocolate and melt it in a double boiler or in the microwave.
Break up the biscuits with your hands so that they easily fit into the chosen glass.
Dip them in the coffee and make a first layer. Add a little melted chocolate, yogurt and bitter cocoa.
Repeat the layers again, stopping at the yogurt.
Keep in the fridge until ready to serve. Sprinkle these delicious coffee yoghurt cups with bitter cocoa before serving.
