All you need is cream and dark chocolate, no eggs, and after resting in the refrigerator you can enjoy these delicious cups of velvety mousse.
If you then use vegetable cream, you will also get a vegan dessert.
CHOCOLATE MOUSSE WITHOUT EGGS
Ingredients for 4 people: 350 g of dark chocolate – 500 ml of fresh cream
Start preparing the chocolate mousse by heating 250 ml of cream in a saucepan.
Bring to a maximum temperature of 50° C, then remove it from the heat.
Meanwhile, melt the chopped dark chocolate. Stir in the cream chocolate and mix.
Whip the other 250 ml of fresh cream with an electric mixer and add them to the ganache, which must have reached a temperature of 30/32°.
Pour the chocolate mousse into glass cups and place in the refrigerator for about an hour before serving.
