Saving at home – Cheese soufflé

EVERY DAY: AN EASY – FAST – AND CHEAP – RECIPE THAT SUITS EVERYONE

Hi everyone!

Here we are today with an easy recipe but also with a scenographic look, perfect for the holiday dinners: the cheese soufflé.

This dish can be as a second course accompanied by a salad.

Let’s start:

CHEESE SOUFFLE

Ingredients for 4 people: 1 glass of milk – 40g of flour – 30g of butter
100g Cheese (choose one that melts easily) – 2 eggs

Preparation:

Put half of the butter in a saucepan and melt it with flour. Then add the milk and mix well. 

Once cold add the egg yolks, 3/4 of the cheese cut into cubes and the whipped whites.

Grease the molds and put the mixture up to about 3/4 of capacity. Bake at 200° C for about 15/20 minutes. For the sauce, heat in the same pan the remaining butter and cheese.

When the soufflés are ready, remove them from the oven. On a plate put a spoonful of sauce and place over it the soufflé
