EVERY DAY: AN EASY – FAST – AND CHEAP – RECIPE THAT SUITS EVERYONE
Preparing this pie with salmon and ricotta is really very simple; with a few ingredients you can quickly prepare a really delicious single dish, follow all steps of the recipe.
PIE WITH SALMON AND RICOTTA CHEESE
Ingredients for 4 people: 1 roll of puff pastry – 250 g Ricotta –
150 g smoked salmon – 20 g grated Parmesan – 2 eggs – – salt – pepper – nutmeg – extra virgin olive oil.
Take a bowl and pour the ricotta cheese. Begin to work it adding the salt, pepper, nutmeg and the eggs previously beaten.
Add the chopped smoked salmon and grated Parmesan cheese. Stir until all the ingredients are well mixed.
Now line a baking tray with baking paper and roll out the puff pastry.
Pierce the bottom with a fork and pour inside the tasty mix that you have obtained.
Bake the pie with salmon and ricotta cheese at 180 º, in a preheated oven, for 40 minutes.
