EVERY DAY: AN EASY – FAST – AND CHEAP – RECIPE THAT SUITS EVERYONE
We are here again today to prepare an easy recipe of Italian cuisine: penne all’arabbiata.
In Italian, the word arrabbiata means angry and this was the name given to this dish being the sauce very spicy.
Here, too, it is important to follow some small tips to make it really delicious.
PENNE ALL’ARRABBIATA (PASTA WITH VERY SPICY TOMATO SAUCE)
Ingredients for 4 people: 5 ripe San Marzano tomatoes – 320 g – penne rigate – 1 red chili pepper – 1 clove of garlic – extra virgin olive oil – chopped parsley – pecorino cheese – salt
Start preparing the sauce of the penne all’arrabbiata while the water boils and the pasta cooks. Put in a pan 2-3 tablespoons of oil, the crushed garlic clove and chopped chili, after removing all the seeds. The flame should be moderate, the oil should flavor but not burn. Cut the tomatoes in half, remove the seeds and then reduce them to cubes.
Remove the garlic from the pan and pour in the tomato cubes. Let them warm for a few minutes until you get a light sauce and still well colored. Once the penne are cooked al dente (not too soft), drain and pour directly into the sauce.
Mix well so that the pasta is seasoned evenly then add a round of raw oil.
Serve after adding a little bit of parsley, grated pecorino cheese.
Enjoy your meal!
