EVERY DAY: AN EASY – FAST – AND CHEAP – RECIPE THAT SUITS EVERYONE

Hi everyone!
How many times would you have liked to eat a bit of Nutella, but considering the calories you changed your mind?
Today we will see how to make a light version at home with just 55 calories per serving.
Let’s start:
HOMEMADE NUTELLA (LIGHT VERSION)

Ingredients for 4 people: 75 g of canned beans or white beans (I recommend those canned, which should only drain and rinse, will be much more practical) – 15 g bitter cocoa – 25 g hazelnuts – 20 g sweetener – 2 tablespoons of seed oil – 75 ml of soy milk – 20 g dark chocolate
Preparation:
Heat a Frying pan and toast the hazelnuts, when they are ready let them cool and put them in a blender with bitter cocoa powder and dark chocolate.. Mix until you get a cream, then move everything in a pot to leave a moment aside.
Now it’s the turn of the beans to be smoothed, put them in the mixer together with the oil and sweetener, when you have obtained a cream, add it to the hazelnut and soy milk. Mix well all the ingredients and light over low heat until the mixture begins to boil, stirring continuously, now turn off the fire, your Nutella is ready!
If you decide to make plenty of it you will have to put it in sterilized jars.
If instead you do it to consume it immediately, you can keep it in the fridge for one week.
Enjoy your meal!

I made it last year for my brother who suffered from diabetes. I replaced the sugar with honey and it turned out very good 😉
