Saving at home – Spinach soup

EVERY DAY: AN EASY – FAST – AND CHEAP – RECIPE THAT SUITS EVERYONE

Hi everyone!

I don’t know about you, but I like to eat soups with this cold weather. Today we will see how to make spinach velvety.

Besides everything, served hot is an ideal dish for these winter days, but also suitable for the summer in the cold version!

Let’s start:

SPINACH SOUP

Ingredients for 4 people: 15 g d’olio extravergine d’oliva – 1 spicchio d’aglio – 1 cucchiaio di dado granulare – ½ bicchiere d’acqua – mezza confezione di Formaggio Fresco Spalmabile  – 400 g di spinaci già puliti

Preparation:

For this recipe you need a big pot. Without browning it, heat the olive oil together with the clove of garlic, (cleaned and washed). After about 4 minutes remove the garlic.

Then add the spinach, the granular nut and the water. Put the lid on and cook the preparation for 15 minutes. After the indicated time, turn off the heat.

At this point, with the help of a hand blender, blend your spinach smoothie. Once smoothed, add the fresh cream cheese (philadelphia or similar). Then, blend again until you get a creamy mixture. After completion, bring the dish to the table and serve it.

If you want, you can also add some croutons (fried pieces of bread).
