The Gorgonzola fillet is a delicious second course, but also a dish to be servede in elegant and refined occasions. This dish has as its protagonist a cut of fine meat, which wrapped in the flavor of Gorgonzola D.O.P , and finally is flavored by the important taste of nuts.
A dish that does not leave indifferent thanks to the final balance of flavors. A perfect recipe to exalt the veal to the maximum and suitable to serve when you want to surprise your guests.
FILLET WITH GORGONZOLA CHEESE
Ingredients for 4 people: 4 high veal fillets (about 300 g) – 1 box of Gorgonzola D.O.P – 40 g chopped walnuts – 1 tablespoon of cream – salt – pepper – 2 carrots cut into julienne
Start by placing the fillets in a pan and cook over high heat 3 minutes per side.
Add salt and pepper.
In the meantime, in a small pan, dilute the Gorgonzola D.O.P with a spoonful of cream and keep aside.
In the middle of each dish arrange the fillets and cover with Gorgonzola D.O.P previously diluted, then sprinkle with chopped nuts and decorate with julienne carrots.
Your Gorgonzola fillets are ready!
