EVERY DAY: AN EASY – FAST – AND CHEAP – RECIPE THAT SUITS EVERYONE

Today we will go for a simple and super fast recipe to make scrambled eggs with fontina and serve them for a special breakfast, on Sundays or on vacation days, or a tasty and nutritious second course dish when you have little time available.
Let’s start:
SCRAMBLED EGGS WITH FONTINA CHEESE

Ingredients for 4 people: 5 uova – 80 g di fontina – burro – sale – pepe nero
Preparation:
Per realizzare le uova strapazzare alla fontina grattugiate con una grattugia a fori grossi la fontina. In alternativa potete tagliarla a lamelle sottilissime con un coltello. Rompete le uova in una terrina e sbattetele leggermente con una forchetta. In una padella antiaderente lasciate sciogliere una noce di burro a fuoco moderato, versatevi le uova e strapazzatele senza farle cuocere troppo a lungo.
Add the cheese, salt and sprinkle with pepper. Continue to mix and add, to your taste, two or three flakes of butter one after the other. When the mixture is soft and creamy, remove the container from the heat, serve immediately and scrambled eggs with fontina cheese accompanied by a nice crust of whole wheat bread.
