EVERY DAY: AN EASY – FAST – AND CHEAP – RECIPE THAT SUITS EVERYONE
Today we will see how to make a delicious salad with avocado, a product that in addition to being used to enrich different salads and appetizers is also a great ally of our health.
The tropical taste of avocado combined with the Italian mozzarella will give an amazing result!
Here I suggest it with the classic mozzarella, but for those on a diet you can safely use the light mozzarella.
Ingredients for 4 people: 2 mozzarellas – 1 ripe avocado – 200 g fresh tuna in a single slice – 10 cherry tomatoes – sesame seeds – the juice of half a lemon – pink pepper – extra virgin olive oil – salt
To prepare the avocado salad, cut the tuna into cubes, put them in sesame seeds and quickly sauté them in a non-stick pan for 2 minutes, lightly greased with oil.
Season to taste with salt and let cool.
Cut the Mozzarella and the tomatoes into cubes.
Cut the avocado in half, remove the stone and with the help of a spoon remove the pulp, keeping the skin; cut the pulp into cubes, sprinkle with lemon juice and keep aside.
Mettete tutti questi ingredienti in un’insalatiera e condite con un’emulsione di olio, sale e poco succo di limone. Aggiungete il tonno al resto degli ingredienti e riempite l’avocado svuotato con l’insalata ottenuta. Servite la vostra insalata di avocado guarnendo con un tocco di pepe rosa.
