A fresh sauce, with ripe tomatoes and light zucchini cooked in their sauce.

The multi-colored dumplingsare easy to cook, it just takes a little patience.
Let’s start:
MULTI-COLORED DUMPLINGS

Ingredients for 4 people: gr. 500 potato dumplings – 3 courgettes
10 zucchini flowers – chopped garlic and onion – chili – 3 ripe tomatoes – oil – salt – pepper – basil
Preparation:
Chop the garlic, onions and oil and add the zucchini (small) cut into rounds.
Cook in a pan for 2 minutes and add the tomatoes and chili (optional).
Cook 1 minute more and add the zucchini flowers. Pour the boiled and drained dumplings in the sauce and stir for 2 minutes. Finally add the diced mozzarella, turn everything and serve with basil and parmesan.
