EVERY DAY: AN EASY – FAST – AND CHEAP – RECIPE THAT SUITS EVERYONE
Today we will see a recipe with a season’s vegetable: the potato and artichoke flan.
A second easy and delicate that will make everyone really happy. The potato and artichoke pie is really worth trying.
POTATO AND ARTICHOKE PIE
Ingredients for 4 people: 1 clove of garlic – 3 potatoes – 8 artichokes – salt – oil – scamorza – parsley – pepper – 1,5 dl white wine (or apple vinegar) – 1 onion – breadcrumbs
Peel, wash and slice 3 potatoes and immerse them in boiling water for 5 minutes. Then mix them with 8 fine sliced artichokes, a chopped onion, oil, salt and pepper.
Spread the mix in layers in a 24 cm buttered zipper mold, interspersed with slices of scamorza.
Sprinkle with 1.5 dl of white wine (or vinegar), sprinkle the surface with chopped garlic and parsley and plenty of breadcrumbs and bake at 180° for 45 minutes.
