Easy and quick to prepare, this warm tuna salad with porcini mushrooms and fennel is a delicate and delicious dish.
TUNA SALAD WITH PORCINI MUSHROOMS AND FENNEL
Ingredients for 4 people: 4 tuna slices – 200 g porcini mushrooms – 1 orange – 1 fennel – 6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil – 2 tablespoons sesame seeds – salt and pepper
Cut the orange peel into strips, put for a few moments in boiling water, drain and dry; slice the fennel and put in water and ice. Clean the mushrooms and slice them thin.
Cook the tuna steak about 3 minutes per part on a hot grill; let it cool, then cut into slices.
Heat the oil in a saucepan, add the orange peel and sesame seeds and let them brown for a few minutes.
Place on the dishes the tuna, the drained and dried fennel and the mushrooms. Season the salad with salt, pepper and sesame oil and orange peelstill warm; serve immediately.
