EVERY DAY: AN EASY – FAST – AND CHEAP – RECIPE THAT SUITS EVERYONE

Reduce calories without sacrificing taste, try to cook this second dish of fish which is as light as delicious!
Let’s start:
SEA BREAM WITH ZUCCHINI AND GINGER

Ingredients for 4 people: 4 SEA BREAM fillets – 4 courgettes – 1 lime – 1 piece of fresh ginger – 50 gr pitted black olives – 1 sprig of basil – extra virgin olive oil – salt and pepper
Preparation:
First prepare the fish: clean the bream fillets. If they are not already deprived of the scales, eliminate them with the not sharp part of a knife or with a potato peeler, working on sheets of kitchen paper or newspaper. Rinse them, place them on the cutting board with the part of the skin upwards and make 3-4 cuts, in the direction of the width, up to 1/3 of the thickness of the pulp.
Cut the courgettes in half, lengthwise. Dice them 3-4 mm.
For the side dish, grate the lime zest and sprinkle. Cut the olives into small pieces; peel the ginger and grate.
Combine the zucchini cubes, the olives, the lime zest and the basil leaves chopped into a bowl.
Pour the lime juice into a jar, add ginger, 1-2 tablespoons olive oil, salt and pepper, close and stir.
Pour the sauce into the bowl with the zucchini and stir.
Heat a large non-stick frying pan and sprinkle with salt.
Arrange the sea bream fillets on the skin side and cook over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes.
Season to taste with salt and pepper, turn with two paddles and continue cooking for another 2 minutes.
Spread the zucchini salad in the dishes, cover with the sea bream fillets and serve immediately.
