Saving at home – Salmon in a crust

EVERY DAY: AN EASY – FAST – AND CHEAP – RECIPE THAT SUITS EVERYONE

Hi everyone!

For this recipe you just need a box of brisée pasta, salmon and a few other ingredients.

The result will be really very elegant and above all… sooo good!!!

Let’s start:

SALMON IN A CRUST

Ingredients for 4 people: 1 package pasta brisée (or even puff pastry) – 500 g salmon – 2 leeks – milk – salt and pepper – sesame seeds

Preparation:

Wash the leeks and cut into thin slices, season with salt and pepper. Take the salmon fillets and remove the skin. 

Roll out the roll of puff pastry and put in the middle half the washed leek and then the salmon, then cover with the remaining leeks. Close the puff pastry on itself from both sides.

Brush with milk, then decorate the surface with strips of leftover pastry and sesame seeds.
Bake at 200° C in preheated oven for 20/25 minutes.
