Another simple but also very effective recipe the one we will prepare today: the shells with cream cheese.
SHELLS WITH CREAM CHEESE
Ingredients for 4 people: 50g butter at room temperature – 1 broth cube – 4 little cream cheeses – basil – 400g shells
Heat the butter, the broth cube and a few tablespoons of water in a saucepan.
Put it on moderate heat and cook for a few minutes and then add the 4 creamy cheeses, continuing to turn until it is well dissolved.
Mix the basil and then pour the 400 grams of pasta (shell shaped) that you have already boiled, drained and left aside for a while.
Your pasta with cream cheese is ready!
