The cannellini bean pâté with chives is a perfect sauce for your appetizers.
Enriched with cod fish, it is very tasty and different from the usual creams.
Try it, the recipe is really easy!
Let’s start:
CANNELLINI BEANS PATE’ WITH CHIVES

Ingredients for 4 people: 230 grams canned canned canned beans – 200 grams frozen cod – 50 grams sour cream – 5 lemon – 1 tablespoon chives – salt – pepper
Preparation:
Bring to a boil a pot of salted water, add 200 g of frozen cod, boil for about ten minutes and let it cool.
Drain 230 g canned cannellini beans (white beans) from the liquid, rinse and transfer to the mixer.
Add the cod, the juice of half a lemon, 50 g of sour cream, a pinch of salt, ground pepper and blend everything.
Sprinkle the mixture with a tablespoon of chopped chives and serve the patè cold with slices of toasted bread.
