Let’s start:

Preparation:
Begin by cutting 800 g of chicken breast into cubes ofabout 3 centimeters, then put them in a bowl and season with the juice of 2 lemons, 3 oranges and 1 lime, then add a drizzle of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of fresh chopped sage, 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary, 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme, 1 clove chopped garlic a generous pinch of salt and a ground pepper, then mix well.
Cover the bowl with film and let the meat marinate for about an hour.
Once marinated, drain the meat well from the marinade, dry it with sheets of paper towels and put the meat cubes on skewers. Place the skewers on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
At this point, cook the marinated chicken skewers in the preheated oven in static mode at 200 º C for about 30 minutes or until they are well cooked also internally.
