Saving at home – Yogurt popsicles with honey and raspberries

EVERY DAY: AN EASY – FAST – AND CHEAP – RECIPE THAT SUITS EVERYONE

Hi everyone!

Good morning Spring!

I know it’s still cold… but we’re moving on and today we’ll see how to prepare these delicious popsicles.

Let’s start:

YOGURT POSICLES WITH HONEY AND RASPBERRIES

Ingredients for 4 people: 300g raspberries – 360ml Greek yoghurt – 120 ml milk – 30g sugar – 30 g aromatic honey such as lavender or orange

Preparation:

Wash the raspberries quickly under a jet of running water and dry them with absorbent kitchen paper. Blend and strain the mixture, passing it through a fine strainer.

Combine the raspberry juice, yogurt, milk, sugar and honey in the mixer and work until you get a homogeneous mixture. Pour it into the popsicle molds and let them freeze in the freezer for a few hours, better if for a night.

To serve, quickly dip the moulds in warm water and remove the popsicles.

Enjoy your meal!
