EVERY DAY: AN EASY – FAST – AND CHEAP – RECIPE THAT SUITS EVERYONE
Today we will see how to prepare a side dish that can also become a tasty second: we are talking about stuffed baked tomatoes.
A recipe as fast as this one, I think it’s really hard to find.
In addition, thanks to the cheese filling it’s a really delicious dish!
STUFFED BAKED TOMATOES
Ingredients for 4 people: 8 tomatoes – 200 g pecorino cheese – 100 g grated Parmesan – oregano q.b. – extra virgin olive oil q.b. – salt and pepper q.b. – chives
Wash the tomatoes, cut the upper cap and empty with a spoon.
Turn them upside down on a cutting board so that they release all the liquids and in the meantime put the other ingredients, those needed for the filling, in a bowl.
Fill your tomatoes and bake in preheated oven at 200 º C for 20 minutes.
