EVERY DAY: AN EASY – FAST – AND CHEAP – RECIPE THAT SUITS EVERYONE
Today’s recipe is suitable for everyone, even those (like me), who are intolerant to lactose.

CHOCOLATE CREAM CAKE WITHOUT LACTOSE
Ingredients for 4 people: for the dough: 200 g. of flour – 4 eggs – 100 g. of granulated sugar – 100 g. of cane sugar – 200 ml. Of cereal oil – 50 g. of starch – 1 sachet of baking powder – 1 sachet of vanillin
for the cream: 1 egg and 1 egg yolk – 150 g. of granulated sugar – 450 ml. Of water – 40 g. of starch – 45 g. of dark chocolate – 10 g. of bitter cocoa
Let’s start with the dough:
Beat the eggs well with the granulated sugar and the cane sugar, pour the cereal oil and stir, Add flour, starch, baking powder and stir again until you get a homogeneous mixture and of course without lumps.
Pour the mixture into a buttered and floured cake tin and cook for 40 minutes in the ventilated oven, preheated to 150 º.
When the dough is cooked, prepare the cream:
Beat the eggs with the sugar in a saucepan, add the starch, stir and then add the water.
Put the saucepan on the heat and stir until it begins to boil, turn off the stove, add dark chocolate and bitter cocoa, stir until you get a smooth cream.
When the dough is ready, let it cool, cut it in half, fill it with cream, recompose and decorate as desired.
