Saving at home – Yogurt mousse


Hi everyone!

A recipe with very few ingredients, really simple to prepare that does not need cooking: we are talking about the yogurt mousse, a fresh dessert that will save you when you deal with unexpected guests and you have not had time to prepare anything.

You can choose to serve it in a single mould or in practical single portion cups.

Finally, you can decorate it with dark chocolate flakes and wild strawberries.

Let’s start:


Ingredients for 4 people: 120 g Whole Yoghurt – 130 ml fresh liquid cream – 35 g powdered sugar – 1 sheet of jelly (or a sachet of agar agar) – 150 g wild strawberries – 80 g of dark chocolate flakes


Soak the jelly sheet in cold water. If you use agar agar, add it later in the recipe. Take a bowl and whip the cream and powdered sugar with an electric whisk. Add the whole yogurt and mix slowly with a wooden spoon, always from bottom to top.

At this point take a small portion of the mixture of cream and Yogurt Whole and add it to the jelly squeezed (or agar agar) inside a saucepan. Heat on fire for a few minutes, just long enough to melt the jelly (or agar agar), turn off and pour into the yogurt mousse.

Turn gently with a spatula or a spoon and cool all in the fridge for about 20 minutes.

Decorate the yogurt mousse with the chocolate flakes and strawberries.
