Sometimes it takes little to make a gift a little more special!
Even a small plant, packaged in this heart shaped cover will become much more precious!
DIY N. 122
HEART SHAPED PLANT COVER
colored cardboard – hearts punch hole (if you don’t have it, you can also use the classic one to insert the sheets in the binders, circular) – glue – printer – scissors – cutter – heart shaped cover template (below)
First of all, print the template provided above to the desired size. The one in the photo (a little smaller than an A4 sheet), is enough to cover a very small vase (such as cacti that you can find at very low prices in supermarkets).
Cut around the edges and with the scissors and the line on the drawing with a cutter, in which you will insert the lid to close the cover.
Now leave room for your creativity to decorate your vase cover. I used a heart-shaped punch hole that I then pasted all over the card. But you can also simply cover the card with lace, or with a floral découpage.
Close the lid by inserting it in the side cut (I suggest you put a little glue to prevent it from opening.
I hope you liked today’s idea! 🙂
See you tomorrow with another DIY!
