EVERY DAY: AN EASY – FAST – AND CHEAP – RECIPE THAT SUITS EVERYONE
The apple crumble is the ideal solution for all the times you want to serve a spoonful cake that does not take too much time in the preparation.
The process, in fact, does not require baking and is really simple to achieve. You can accompany it with vanilla ice cream or with a delicate vanilla sauce.
APPLE CRUMBLE IN CUPS (ENGLAND/IRELAND)
Ingredients for 4 people: 100 g dry biscuits (like digestive) – 50 g Butter – 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar – 1 apple (Golden type) – 1 pack of light cream cheese – 50 g powdered sugar – 2 teaspoons powdered cinnamon
To prepare the glasses with apple crumble, crumble the cookies with your hands and set aside.
Peel the apple and dice it.
Melt the butter in a pan over very low heat. When the butter is hot, add the cookies, apple, sugar and cinnamon powder.
Cook it all.
In a bowl work the light cream cheese, add icing sugar and work with the electric whips.
Prepare the glasses this way: lay on the bottom two teaspoons of crumble and the cheese cream.
End with a sprinkle with cinnamon. Let the apple crumble rest in the refrigerator for at least half an hour before serving.
